Happy 12th Anniversary Volare!

Volare Recruitment has just turned 12 (marking my 23 years in recruitment). What a ride it has been!!!!!

Looking back over the past 12 years I’ve faced numerous challenges ….

• Starting a recruitment business with someone much braver than me (yes, they convinced me) Building an amazing team with the GFC hitting 6 months in
• Going through IVF for years on end and finally having success
• One of my colleagues being diagnosed with MND and watching her pass when she was only 41
• Buying my business partner out and the fight to raise funds post GFC (1 bank and 3 private lenders later I got there)
• Mining crash (that was actually worse than the GFC for us)
• And now, the Virus!

There have been the best times, the worst times, but we’ve always come out the other side.

So Happy Anniversary Volare! This isn’t the first time we’ve tasted adversity so as they say, BRING IT ON. We will get through this because recruitment is what I am meant to do, it’s my purpose, my why.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff, clients and candidates I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years. I look forward to many more years to come!!
