If it’s a permanent role, an appointment is made to meet you face to face so that we can obtain a detailed job specification. This allows us to not only find someone who will truly add value to your company, but also ensure an exceptional team fit.

Our Search Begins

STEP 2

We commit to targeted advertising, specialised search, extensive screening and personally meeting all candidates to perform full behavioural interviews. We also undertake thorough reference checking and skills testing. We then provide you with regular updates, so you are kept fully informed throughout the recruitment process.

Candidates Presented

STEP 3

After a thorough screening and interview process, we will provide you with a shortlist of exceptional candidates for your opportunity.

The hardest part will be deciding which candidate to choose as we promise to only send candidates who can not only do the job, but are a brilliant culture fit as well.

We provide you with a detailed candidate summary, a copy of their resume and where we can, a verbal reference check prior to you interviewing the candidate.

We will organise the interviews for you and ensure candidates are fully aware of your requirements and are fully prepped for the interview so as not to waste your precious time.
